Some people are not able to live independently or with conventional assistance due to a psychiatric condition. In these cases, intensive care in an assisted living facility is required. Using our modular housing solution, we created a pleasant home especially for this group of people. A safe, welcoming place that offers space for togetherness as well as an understanding for everyone’s specific situation. All to promote general well-being and, ultimately, independence.

Our GGZ residential care buildings are fully customised to fit the target group and your care concept. We think carefully about the material choices and accessibility, for example, to minimise the impact hazards and the risk of escape. We also completely finish the buildings including outdoor areas, all in line with the identity of your institution. The result is a high-quality building that meets all requirements in addition to BENG standards.

Every resident has a different diagnosis and therefore different care needs. This is why customisation is so important. With our diverse floor plans, from studios to self-contained units, we create a suitable place for everyone to live.

Tailored to the needs of residents

We tailor-make the buildings that contain assisted living units to the needs and capabilities of the clients. Despite the behavioural issues the residents may face, they are often mobile. We incorporate this principle into the design process.

Space for rest and hobbies

The well-being of the residents is paramount, and we design the building and residential areas with this fully in mind. This helps us create a peaceful haven with plenty of space to pursue hobbies. Just like at home.

Transparent process, with no surprises

Using cleverly designed pre-engineered modules, we configure the building of your choice with an optimised combination of floor plans, functions and facilities. In the process, we match the building access, volume, layout and appearance to both the target group and the surroundings. Does it all fit within your budget and are you ready to proceed with the contract? In that case, we will get straight to work for you and reserve a time slot on our production line. This is when the schedule is determined: when our factory in Oirschot will start production, when the prefabricated modules will be transported and when we will assemble everything on site. And, perhaps most importantly, when clients will be able to move into their new homes.
