A smart concept
Transparent process, no surprises
Using smart pre-engineered modules as a base, we configure the desired building with an optimal mix of floor plans, functions, and amenities. We tailor the building access, volume, layout, and appearance to both the target audience and the surrounding environment. If the budget fits within your financial plan and you proceed to sign the agreement, we start working immediately and reserve a time slot on our production line. At that point, the schedule is set; when our factory in Oirschot starts production, the ready-made modules are transported, and everything is assembled on-site. And, perhaps most importantly, when you can hand over the keys to the tenants.
