Traditional care homes are becoming less popular, while the need to live at home for longer is increasing. And thanks to developments such as e-health or home automation, this is also a viable option. The overarching picture translates into a challenging target: over 500,000 new senior housing units by 2050. With our modular flexible housing units, we are offering elderly people a home where they can live happily (independently); with care nearby, at home or on demand. Fully equipped, prepared for the future

Our housing solutions for seniors are fully customised to fit the target group and your care concept. We take into account issues such as (wheelchair) accessibility, home automation and, for example, the use of a bed lift. Space for other facilities, such as a common living room, restaurant, shop or hair salon is also created. We also completely finish the buildings including outdoor areas, all in line with the identity of your care institution. The result is a high-quality building that meets all requirements in addition to BENG standards.

We develop a wide range of residential-care buildings based on our well-thought-out concepts. From nursing homes with residential groups for residents who are not self-reliant to independent homes that are fully prepared for future care needs.

Flexibility first

Thanks to modularity, we can easily add additional floors in the future, move the entire building, or dismantle it. This allows you to better respond to changing demands, requests and needs, or to give senior residences a different function.

We completely customise the building furnishings with well thought-out solutions. In this process, we take into account things like clear pathways in the buildings and common areas. That’s very useful when memory fails you.

Using cleverly designed pre-engineered modules, we configure the building of your choice with an optimised combination of floor plans, functions and facilities. In the process, we match the building access, volume, layout and appearance to both the target group and the surroundings. Does it all fit within your budget and are you ready to proceed with the contract? In that case, we will get straight to work for you and reserve a time slot on our production line. This is when the schedule is determined: when our factory in Oirschot will start production, when the prefabricated modules will be transported and when we will assemble everything on site. And, perhaps most importantly, when residents will be able to move into their new homes.
