In the process, we always work with standard floor plans: two types of studio units with care facilities, as well as flats in an independent assisted living home where residents enjoy their own kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The clever design of the buildings ensures that space and privacy is always protected.

We create flexible housing for a variety of target groups. From single households to families, with or without income limits. We indicate the classification with PMCs from the Housing Standard.

We develop residential buildings up to 12 storeys high. But less is also possible, because you can also choose the exact size you want.
