The building concept covers every space. That could mean a small canteen for each department or floor, or a professional kitchen with a canteen. To help keep the building in good condition, we also provide servicing and maintenance. For instance, we offer several maintenance contracts that assure you of a well-maintained building. Then you never need to worry about that.

Transparent process, with no surprises

Using clever thought-out concepts, we configure the building of your choice with an optimised combination of functionalities. In the process, we match the building access, volume, layout and appearance to both the target group and the surroundings. Does it all fit within your budget and are you ready to proceed with the contract? In that case, we will get straight to work for you and reserve a time slot on our production line. This is when the schedule is determined and our factory in Oirschot gets to work. The ready-made modules get transported and everything is assembled on site. So you know exactly when you will be able to use the building.
