Thanks to our large rental fleet, your emergency classroom or school building will be up in no time. At your premises or at an alternative location. Always equipped with flooring, lighting, heating and, if necessary, child-proof wall sockets. You can also choose more luxury by including sanitary facilities, a ventilation system, air conditioning and (electric) blinds, among other amenities.

We know exactly what you need. That’s why we make every effort to ensure good air quality and a healthy living and learning environment. We also ensure good acoustics and seamless integration with the existing school building. Although it is also possible to use the modules as free-standing units.
We will pick up the building just as quickly as we brought it to you. You aren’t buying the classroom or school building from us, you’re renting it. This means instead of years of fees, you have an easy to cancel lease. So you always have the space you need.

Using cleverly designed pre-engineered modules, we configure the building of your choice with an optimised combination of PMCs. In the process, we match the building access, volume, layout and appearance to both the target group and the surroundings. Does it all fit within your budget and are you ready to proceed with the contract? In that case, we will get straight to work for you and reserve a time slot on our production line. This is when the schedule is determined: when our factory in Oirschot will start production, when the prefabricated modules will be transported and when we will assemble everything on site. And perhaps the most important thing: when you can hand the keys over to the tenants.
