We will do everything in our power to provide you with a building, room or venue as soon as possible. Our 27 high-quality, standard modules are often even available from stock for immediate use. If there isn’t enough stock, we will produce more. This is how we are able to quickly create buildings that you can always rent from us in the case of temporary use. That means no high purchasing prices or fees. And did you know that we sometimes stock complete, pre-designed and used buildings? We can move these solutions to a new location immediately or after making a few modifications. Now that’s fast!

We’ve thought of everything

Fully finished, ready for use

Our 27 modules come standard equipped with electric heating, lighting, vinyl flooring, impact-resistant glass on the outside as well as other elements such as connections for the kitchen or sanitary facilities. This means the building is ready for use from day one. Any possible upgrades such as blinds, shutters or air conditioning are done as required. One way or the other, we always comply with all the legal requirements on (fire) safety and energy. Looking for a building that can stay up just a little longer? Then we will create a completely customised building that is in line with your organisation’s identity in terms of appearance.

A circular concept

Always relevant, always valuable

Flexible housing as a temporary solution can be used for as long as necessary, but also for only a limited time. When the building is no longer needed, we will take it back. We refurbish the modules at our factory and then repurpose them. We then give them a new life as schools, hospitals or offices. That’s what we call circular!

We develop residential buildings up to 12 storeys high. But less is also possible, because you can also choose the exact size you want.
