VDL Groep
Our expertise in infratech
Since July 2023, we have been part of VDL Groep, allowing us to increase our impact in line with the motto ‘strength through cooperation’. Now with over 100 operating companies, the group operates in five ‘worlds’: Hightech, Mobility, Energy, Foodtech and Infratech. The latter includes us, where we play a unique role with our sustainable housing solution. But there are even more platforms that lead to synergy in the pursuit of a more liveable, sustainable and connected society.
Infratech
For a society of tomorrow
Every day, we work toward making towns and cities attractive, safe and dynamic. In our vision, the built environment represents an integral set of facilities that are essential for optimising functionality. With our roots in Oirschot, our specialism lies in modular and bio-based construction, all founded on a century of expertise and innovation. In doing so, we are making an impact and are committed to future-proof, sustainable infrastructure.
Energy
A pristine planet for future generations
Everything we do now has an impact on the future. That is why we are committed to a world that is pleasant to live in, both now and in the future, with buildings that have a positive impact on the environment and society. That is why flexible housing enjoys integrated energy generation, storage and management solutions. This includes solar panels, battery storage and advanced power management systems. By creating self-sufficient buildings, with zero-on-the-meter technologies, bio-based materials and optimised insulation, we are contributing to a sustainable world.
Mobility
Riding towards the future
For us, sustainable mobility and accessibility are also priorities. We promote future-oriented mobility solutions by integrating our modular buildings with modern electric vehicle (EV) and public transport (PT) infrastructures. This makes the solution not only sustainable, but also future-proof. By incorporating this into the design and implementation process, we are building solutions that are prepared to take on a new generation of mobility needs.
