Compliance, corrective and preventive maintenance

Maintenance can be divided into three different types: compliance, corrective and preventive. With compliance maintenance, we check annually to see if your building still meets the set requirements. That could include fire protection and emergency lighting. Corrective maintenance is a type of reactive maintenance that involves, for example, faults in installations as well as structural elements such as roofs and doors. Preventive maintenance – as the name indicates – prevents malfunctions and deterioration and ensures that the housing remains in good condition.

Bronze
