Step 3 of the Safety Ladder achieved

From 19 to 22 August, we successfully completed the audit for Step 3 of the Safety Ladder and are now officially certified for the scope: “supply, placement and (dis)assembly of modular units”. One special moment during the audit was a visit to our project in Oss, where we had some valuable exchanges and interviews with our fitters and subcontractors. It is great to see how noticeable the increase in our safety awareness has become recently.

What is Step 3 on the Safety Ladder?

Step 3 indicates that safety is firmly embedded in our daily operations and that we are actively committed to pursuing a strong culture of safety. It means that as an organisation, we are constantly working to improve safety procedures and behaviours, and that our employees are aware of risks in the workplace.

This aligns perfectly with our internal safety programme, ‘Safety First’, where safety is always the top priority. We are proud that our commitment to safety is now evident through our achievement of Stage 3 on the Safety Culture Ladder.

We will continue to invest in improving our safety culture and to work with our partners, suppliers and subcontractors on ensuring ongoing improvement. Safety always comes first for us!
